Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Technical Specialist – Ithaca, NY

Tompkins Trust Company has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our team.  This position will oversee OnBase and SQL Database administration including configuration and optimization, replication and failover, backup and restoral, and stored procedure/query optimization. Will act as the Department technical lead and OnBase technical subject matter expert. Will acquire necessary certifications and keep certifications current.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree in a related Information Technology field
  • A minimum of 7 years in an Information Technology related field; infrastructure and banking experience is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 3 years planning, developing, and testing Disaster Recovery processes and procedures preferred.
  • SQL DBA Certification with a minimum 2 years of SQL database and OnBase experience preferred.
  • Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills; Broad technical skills, with a solid understanding of client/server and internet/intranet technology, networking systems and solutions, middleware concepts, IT security.  Solid knowledge of relational database technologies (SQL Preferred).

IT Support Services Specialist II - Ithaca, NY

Tompkins Trust Company has an excellent opportunity for professionals to join our dynamic and growth oriented Company.  We are currently seeking outgoing, personable and professional individuals to be responsible for performing a variety of duties to include; act as a technical assistant to the Information Technology staff, by providing level 2 support in response to end user and IT staff needs.  To assist with hardware and software implementations and configurations on supported platforms.  To provide system or application configuration, integration, or recovery services in response to end user service interruptions. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related specialized training or experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a related role providing end user support.
  • Previous experience with computer hardware and software, including familiarity with computer networks.
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to prepare a detailed recording of all work in knowledge base, accurate and adequately documented in adherence to department procedures, and for external auditors/regulators. 
  • Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills (oral and written) required ensuring an ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data processing concepts.
